Public Hearing to solicit comment and make a
determination to amend Chapter 90, Article 9, Division 3 of the City of
Hastings Code of Ordinances by amending Section 90-833 regarding the regulation
of private communication antennas.

Public Hearing to solicit comment and make a
determination to amend Chapter 90, Article 11, of the City of Hastings Code of
Ordinances by adding Section 90-967 (10) regarding the regulation of
off-premise directional signs for hospitals and schools.
C.
Public Hearing to solicit comment and make a
determination to amend Chapter 90, Article 9, Division 4 of the City of
Hastings Code of Ordinances regarding the regulation of temporary fencing used
