CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

Special Workshop Meeting

November 9, 2009

1. Workshop meeting to hear the report of independent auditors Rehmann Robson regarding the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009 called to order at 6:00 PM.

2. Members present at Roll Call: Bowers, Campbell, Jasperse, McIntyre, McNabb-Stange, Tossava, Tubbs, Wood, and May.

3. Staff and City Appointees present: Mansfield, Emery, Sarver, Caris, Girrbach, Hart, and Holzwarth.

4. Rehmann Robson representatives were delayed in arriving. Clerk/Treasurer Emery made a presentation regarding the audit of financial statements and related matters for the year ended June 30, 2009.

5. Consider accepting and placing on file the audit report as presented.

Action was postponed to the regular meeting when Rehmann Robson representatives will comment.

6. Adjourn.

Motion by Bowers, to adjourn at 6:42 PM.
